What you read is correct. You have a 3,500 lb Lippert axle with an 85" hub face and a 68-1/2" spring center measurement. The first thing that stands out to me is that you used 12 gauge wire on a tandem axle setup when it's 10 gauge wire that is widely considered to be the minimum.
